New Freya Princess Jacket Quilted Patchwork Fully Lined Woman’s Size 12

This “made from new materials’ quilted jacket is called The Freya Jacket. It is a short, fully lined princess style jacket with a shawl collar and open front. It has bound finished edges at the sleeve ends, bottom of jacket and up the front around the collar. It has two lined patched pockets for fashion and function. The pockets are large enough to hold a cell phone or small wallet. All seams inside are finished.

This jacket was handmade from brand new cotton fabric. The fabric was pieced, batted, and quilted. Then it was washed and dried to soften and pre-shrink the quilted material before the jacket was cut out and hand made.

Designed to be worn with an open front, this fashionable quilted jacket looks great with a pair of jeans, leggings, or a skirt. It can be worn with the sleeve cuffs rolled back or as overlong sleeves that slightly cover the hands.

The pattern used was a woman’s size 12. From the pattern, the bust is 38”, waist 30”, and hip 40”. This finished jacket has the following measurements:

• 24” – Width at underarms
• 13” – Length from underarm to hem edge at side seam
• 19” – Shoulder width from sleeve seam to sleeve seam
• 12” – Sleeve opening around wrist
• 19” – Sleeve length at underarm seam
• 24” – Back length from neck edge to hem edge

The jacket can be machine washed and dried with like colors in cool water.

The material is 100% cotton fabric and 85% cotton batting.
