15-Day Returns

We want you to have a positive experience with Helen’s Handmade. Our goal is for you to love your item and be happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes, an item just isn’t right for you. Therefore, we offer our 15-day Return Policy.

Conditions

If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return it for a refund, minus original actual shipping costs. Returns must meet the following conditions:

• All items being returned must be in their original condition.
• No used, worn, or washed items are eligible for return.
• Items must be shipped back to Helen’s Handmade within 15 days of the original order receipt.
• Items must be in their original packaging.
• Items must be packaged securely and appropriately for shipping.
• Items must be shipped back using the same shipping method used when shipped from Helen’s Handmade.
• All items must have tracking information on their shipments.

Steps for Returns

Please follow these steps to return your item:

1. Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization.
2. Complete the Return Authorization and return it to Helen’s Handmade.
3. Make sure your item is in its original condition and packaging and pack your item securely and appropriately for shipping.
4. Mail your item via the service originally used to send the item to you.
5. Obtain tracking information on the package and forward this information to Helen’s Handmade.

Refunds for returns will be issued via PayPal upon receipt of the item by Helen’s Handmade.
